In 2006, Ryan and Casey in conjunction with the Pushkin Gallery held the first annual Wine Tasting and Gourmet Evening on December 8th from 5-9pm. Over 100 people from around Franklin County braved the cold to sample 75+ varieties of wines, including a 1993 Dom Perignon sampling with desserts and food prepared by Peter M. Hadley, personal chef and caterer. If you missed this event, make sure to join us on Thursday, May 10, 2007 for the 2007 Wine Dinner, which will be at Bill's Restaurant, Federal Street in Greenfield, MA. Showcased wines distributed by Monsieur Toutton Selections, Ltd. This is a full 5 course meal, paired well with the wine selections offered. $50.00 per person; reservations are required. Come enjoy "Poetry in a Glass" at Poetry Ridge Bed and Breakfast in Greenfield, Saturday March 24 from 6-9pm.This month, experience "Treasures from Burgundy", which will tempt your palette with a tasting from this very serious and great wine producing region. At 6:30 there will be a multimedia presentation and discussion on the history and archaeology of this delightful French vintner's paradise. Ryan and Casey is also playing host to the First International Brewer's Show on Saturday, June 23rd from 1-6 pm! The Craft Brewer's Guild will be sponsoring 13 tables of imported beers, with over 70 beers available to taste....from the "big ones" like Germany, Belgium, England, Scotland, Ireland and France, to lesser known countries with equally great brew-- Israel, the Philippines, Thailand, El Salvador, Japan and India (just to name a few!) The International Brewer's Show will be held next to Ryan and Casey Liquors, 55 Main Street, Greenfield MA in the Dillon Chevrolet Parking lot, Our co-sponsors.
